- We never contact you about anything other than your original enquiry or the possible resulting sale
Printable estimatesIf we send you a printable estimate via email, your name and email address and telephone number (if you have provided it) will be stored on our database. Many customers make an initial enquiry and then get back to us months/years later when they have the funding in place, so we do keep enquiries for up to 6 years. You may ask at any time what information we hold about you, and you may ask for this to be removed by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, calling us or writing to us. We will endeavour to do so within 72 hours.
Sales invoicesIf your enquiry progresses to a sale, we will ask for your invoice address, delivery address and telephone number. We retain these details on a database for 6 years a) for our VAT records and b) so we can see what you bought and when should you need to make a claim under the terms of your Warranty.
You can choose to make a BACS transfer or send a cheque, you can pay via Paypal or you can pay by card over the telephone.
We process telephone payments via a secure SagePay online terminal. At no time do we ever retain your card details and they become invisible to us once the payment has been completed. If we need to issue you with a refund we can do so without viewing your card details again.
We process card payments made via the online shop securely through PayPal or SagePay who are all compliant with EU's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We never see, handle or retain any of your card details.

If you buy something through our online shop your order is processed via our account with EKM Powershop on our behalf who may collect the following information:
