Skytec TEC076 Portable PA DVD Karaoke System & Wireless Microphone System

This fantastic value all-in-one PA system is packed with great features, ideal for meetings and training sessions, schools, buskers, entertainers, Karaoke - it's perfect for anyone who needs to be heard! It runs from either mains power or its internal batteries which last up to 10 hours, making it a truly portable system.

At only £40 more than the basic TEC070, as well as the two wired mics you also get two wireless handheld microphones!  You can purchase an additional pack that contains a lapel and headset mic and bodypack transmitter to use instead of one of the handheld wireless microphones (see related products at the bottom of the page).

The TEC076 has a DVD player, MP3 player, Card Reader function (SD/MMC) and USB input. The unit also has 5.1 surround sound outputs for home cinema use, so versatile is the product the uses are endless. It's quite heavy to lift, but has wheels at the bottom and a pull-along handle so you can trundle it along behind you with ease.

Battery care:

The TEC076 is fitted with maintenance-free, sealed batteries. Although the charge holding capacity will reduce over time (as with all rechargeable batteries) following the guidelines below will ensure the best longevity and performance.

1. Before first use, connect the unit to the mains to completely charge the battery. The light will turn green when it is fully charged.

2. Avoid total discharge of the battery. Do not put the unit away while it is still switched on. If the unit becomes fully discharged it may not be possible to recharge it and the unit will make a clicking noise when you try to turn it on.

3. Do not overcharge the battery. When the light turns green the battery is fully charged and should be unplugged from the mains.

4. Charging can take up to 12 hours.The battery will charge more quickly if it is switched off during charging.

5. Using mains power and quick 'top up' charges do not harm the battery.

6. Charge the unit at least once a month, even if it has not been used.

7. Always turn the unit off, and disconnect from the mains when it is not in use or being charged.
