When the digital switchover completes in 2012 it will affect many radio microphone systems including users who operate multiple systems in the deregulated bandwidth. The 171.332 from Citronic will help counter balance this whether you need to use one wireless microphone or whether you would like to be able to use more, this system allows you to use upto 8 mics in total - 4 dual systems! This is because they operate in the range of 863.350MHz - 864.950MHz which is part of the frequency spectrum that is being left untouched. This will work in 2012 regardess of any changes.
The Citronic MP216UHF is a powerful UHF wireless system that delivers superior audio transmission, with clarity and definition. You can feel the quality before you even turn the power on, the dual handheld microphones are perfectly weighted and comfortable to hold, and with its rubberised coating it has minimal handling noise. - It has the quality of a much higher priced system! The 19" rackable receiver is of metal construction with a dual backlit LCD display, ratchet volume controls and balanced XLR outputs. There is also a body pack with headset microphone available (171.335 sold separately), making the system even more versatile. Note: We recommend that only 8 microphones are used at any one time.
